Well, I just found out that I'm a "Shark". Now,it's probably not ok with most people who work for me, so I will attempt to be a bit more compromising.
The only problem with compromising is that most people take advantage of that and walk all over you.
They say the largest room in the world is the room for improvement...
I have a lot of work to do yet...
